Right to Information Act — Overview
The Right to Information Act, 2005 provides for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities.The Department of Prosecution, Government of Uttarakhand, is committed to transparency and provides the following records and procedures under RTI.

How to file an RTI — प्रक्रिया
- RTI आवेदन फॉर्म भरें — ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन (PDF) में।
- आवेदन फीस और mode देखें (डिमांड draft/online payment)।
- आवेदन संबंधित PIO को भेजें — पते और ईमेल नीचे दिए गए हैं।
- यदि निर्धारित समय में उत्तर नहीं मिला तो आप अपील कर सकते हैं।
